Do You Accept Returns?
Because each item is handmade, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please double check sizing, colors, and order details before purchasing.
What's the Turn Around Time?
Our TAT varies with each drop, sale, or custom piece. You'll find all TAT information attached to posts in our VIP on FB.
General TAT for fabric on had is 10/14BD.
Drop Launches TAT is 14/28BD.
Customs TAT varies per custom order and is discussed beforehand.
Made for You TAT 1/3BD.
Custom Seamless Files TAT 2/14BD
Do you Rush?
Yes we do have a Rush option available for an add on. You have to select the RUSH listing in addition to your outfit.
Rush option for seamless files is unavailable.
What's your shipping policy?
We ship through USPS & UPS depending on the package. Delivery times may vary depending on location and season. Once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft, as these are issues that must be resolved through the shipping carrier. If your order is marked "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please accurately provide the most up to date shipping address to ensure a smooth and magical delivery.

What Kind of Fabrics Do You Use?
We use high-quality fabrics chosen for comfort, durability, and style. Please keep in mind that many of our items are made with speciality fabrics, limited-edition prints, and soft knits. We offer a large variety of fabric selections from cozy velvet all the way to poly woven for each style.
How do I wash my HRHC outfit?
Wash all garments in a garment bag, on cold.
Air-Dry each garment or low-tumble no heat
Avoid bleach, high heat, or harsh detergents as these can cause fading, shrinking, or damage to the fabric.
